Yes, fees are required regardless of attendance.

Comments or questions regarding your child’s day should be brought to the attention of the educators in the room your child is cared for.

Questions about processes or policies should be discussed with the Team Leader, Assistant Directior or Executive Director.

Contact the bookkeeper at bookkeeper.sncc@gmail.com. Alternatively, the bookkeeper is in the office two mornings a week. Her schedule is written on the dry-erase board on her office door.

After 6:00pm a late fee of $10.00 per child for each 15 minutes will be charged.

St. Norbert Children's Centre closes for all Statutory Holidays and the Annual Professional Development Day. We also close early at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 1:00 p.m. New Year’s Eve.

Participation is encouraged in fundraising events. As money is raised it allows us to enhance children's programing. Donations as per policy pay for guest visitors and special events hosted by the Centre and to purchase program equipment for the children.

Invoices will be emailed every 4 weeks as per payment schedule posted.
